Message	un-doing the two bolts on that flange , the hose connected to it up higher as well as cutting the turbo coolant hose. Allowed the new coolant line to be connected to the flange side fitting and then maneuvered down into place on the other coolant line fitting. No idea if this really makes things easier or not but pretty sure they were doing this with the upper plenum removed and trying to avoid a tranny drop.
